After each production process, our laboratory examines minced meat and other types of meat and subjects them to microbiological examinations. The definition and implementation of monitoring and control procedures are defined by law and are monitored both internally and externally. In 2010, our meat was awarded the silver prize. The german DLG-Award goes to our chicken and minced rotisserie.
